We have lots of festive events this Christmas to celebrate the true reason for the season, spend time together as a church family, and rejoice in the coming of Jesus. You are invited to join us at our advent services when we will be expectantly preparing our hearts for Christmas, and as we gather together in songs and prayer at our nativity and carol services. Find out more about the events below!

Handmade Christmas Market
Saturday 25th November – 1-5pm

The Handmade Christmas Market will be a brilliant chance to stock up on hand crafted, unique gifts for Christmas and support some amazing local artists.

The market is FREE to enter, with gifts, food and drinks on sale.

In addition to local stall holders we’ll also have free mulled punch on arrival, a cafe area selling refreshments, live Christmas music and a children’s craft area. What a way to start the Christmas season!

Advent services
Sunday mornings – 10.30am

This Advent we have a three-part sermon series looking at the theme of Invitation, starting with “You are Invited to the Party” on Sunday 26th November. Each Sunday we will also be lighting one of the Advent candles as we prepare ourselves for the coming of the King.

There will be no Sunday service on 24th December – we will instead meet the following morning at 10.30am for a short service to celebrate Christmas morning together. Children are welcome to bring a toy!

Christmas is such a brilliant time to invite friends, family, neighbours & colleagues to Church. This Advent series’ heart is to let everyone know that they are invited into a relationship with God. Who could you invite?

Christmas Craic-er
Friday 8th December – 5-8pm

This is a celebration for all of our church family to come and have an evening of Christmas festivities, food and good craic! EVERYONE in Kings is INVITED!

Feel free to dress in something fancy, sparkly or pull out that fantastic Christmas jumper and head on down to Kings where you will be greeted with drinks on arrival. The hall will be decorated with banqueting tables for you to come and enjoy a 2 course-meal, cooked by some wonderful volunteers, followed by tea and coffee.

There will be live music, time for a boogie and a “special guest” for the kids big and small.

Booking is essential, and we have the option of donating a ticket, as well as making use of a donated ticket – CLICK HERE to find out more!

Join us for a special Sunday morning service when our children will be leading us through the Christmas story – the greatest story ever told – with a little help from the kids team. This is such a joyful service and a wonderful way of connecting with the true meaning of Christmas.

Carol Service
Sunday 17th December – 7.30pm

Our evening carol service will be a beautifully festive evening with a blend of traditional and contemporary Christmas carols.

The evening will consist of readings from the Christmas Story, along with short reflections on what this means for us.

You’ll be welcomed with a treat, as well as festive drinks served after the service.

Doors will open from 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.
